For the week of March 10-18th, we are in Juba and Torit, South Sudan regarding our interreligious reconciliation project in Torit. We are working on an initiative to rebuild a Catholic cathedral that had been twice-destroyed by Islamists. Sudan Sunrise has received a moving letter inviting us to Torit to work on plans to restart the initiative led by Rudwan Dawod to use Muslim volunteers to rebuild the Torit Cathedral.
