Mary Beth Moore was born on the West Coast and has been steadily migrating to the East Coast ever since. She met her husband, Jay, at a Starbucks in Boulder, CO married him 42 days later and have been married 17 1/2 years. At the University of Colorado, Mary Beth received her degree in accounting. After college, she became Finance Director at the Housing Authority of the City of Boulder. Then, she and Jay relocated to Virginia, where Mary Beth has held a number of accounting positions, primarily for churches and other non-profits.
