Meet Rev. David Goch Ayiik, Kachipo Project Manager

Meet Rev. Paul Nakarukon Jelinga, Missionary to Jie community

Sudan Sunrise Field Coordinator and Sudan Boma Mission Director Rev. Daniel Deng Kuot, is building the Boma Mission Center in southeast Sudan, and ministering to five tribes in a remote, uncivilized area. Daniel led our teams traveling to refugee camps in eastern Chad to provide clothing to Darfurian refugees in late 2004 and early 2005.  Daniel is now focusing full time to build the Boma Mission Center. His sending church is Church of the Resurrection in Omaha, Nebraska, where Daniel spends his time when he returns to the US over the summer, during the rainy season in Sudan.  In April 2006, construction was underway to build the center, and it is anticipated the main building to house church services on Sunday and education classes during the week, will be finished in October 2008.

The Kachipo is one of the last unevangelized tribes on the African continent, located near the Ethiopian border.  Fr. Daniel has located a missionary to minister to the Kachipo in their own language, and is working to raise $3000 to send the evangelist to Kenya to learn English.

The Boma Mission Center is being built to provide the Boma area tribes access to the word of God, basic primary education and adult education, health education, and clean portable water services.   The mission center when completed will include structures for primary schools, health centers, and churches in Boma town.  The center will also serve as a mission compound where visiting mission teams may be housed to make day trips to surrounding tribes.

Please pray for Rev. Daniel Deng Kuot, and prayerfully consider how you may be able to support his mission.  Online donations may be made and designated for the Boma mission center.  If you would like to be part of Daniel's sending and support team, please email DavidCRine@aol.com.
